A five week summer program that teaches rock music to Elementary and Junior High kids. Duties included teaching drum set classes, group band lessons, giving clinics and performances.
2007-09 - Needham School District - Percussion Instructor
Needham, MA
Positions included Drumline Instructor and substitute Private Lesson Instructor. Duties for Drumline Instructor included teaching the drumline and front ensemble, arranging music for the half-time show and bleacher features, teaching the drumline how to march (it was their first year on the field). Duties for Private Lesson Instructor included substitute instruction for the Needham School District (Elementary, Junior High and High School students).

2010 - Commissioned to write an article entitled “Tips on Performing for the Young and the Elderly” published in the March 2010 edition of Percussive Notes.
2009 - Endorsed by Pearl Drums/Adams Percussion Corporation. Became a member of their Regional Education Program.
2009 - An article entitled "Marimba rhythms take center stage" about a series of performances given in Burlington, Iowa appeared in the April 22nd edition of The HawkEye.
2005 - Yarwood Award recipient: given annually to an Eastern Washington University senior of each department who displays maturity and leadership.

2005 - Honorable Mention, Coeur D’Alene Concerto Competition.
2004 - An article entitled "Wellpinit Review" about a performance of Rosauro's Marimba Concerto No. 1 with the Spokane Symphony appeared in the May 22nd edition of the Spokesman-Review.

2004 - Gold Medal winner, Music Fest Northwest Young Artist Competition; competition concluded with a performance with the Spokane Symphony. Ney Rosauro Marimba Concerto No. 1.
2004 - Winner, Northwest Solo Competition; competition concluded with a Performance with the Eastern Washington University Orchestra. Ney Rosauro Marimba Concerto No. 1.

2004 - Percussion Clinic, Washington Music Educators Association Conference, Yakima, WA. Clinic was given by the Eastern Washington University Percussion Ensemble. I gave a short presentation on how to play and teach four mallet marimba playing.
